Hotel Kunlun

The five-star Hotel Kunlun (Beijing Kunlun Fandian) is located on the bank of the Liangma River, in the southeast of the city. Its location is middling to fair, about 20 minutes from the downtown area and Tian'anmen and about the same to the airport. The hotel does offer a good spread of services however, and as a five star is clearly of good quality.
There are more than 600 guestrooms here, including standard/deluxe rooms, suites and an executive floor. All the rooms contain a multitude of facilities including satellite TVs, minibar, refrigerators, safety boxes and IDD telephones. The Executive floor also has fax machines and complimentary continental breakfast & refreshment throughout the day. For the business traveler, there is also a business center with basic secretarial service and a function hall with an 800 people capacity.

The hotel boasts 8 deluxe restaurants, offering Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Western delicacies and a lobby lounge. The hotel can reserve air tickets and has a money exchange office, a parcel & postal office, a medical consultant, a shuttle bus service to the airport and a small shopping arcade.
